Healthy Aging
Healthy lifestyle changes can take place at any age. Most of us reach a certain age and re-evaluate our choices and the consequences of the choices we've made. The good news is that whenever you start to make the changes, you will certainly see and feel the benefits! My approach for adults is focused on getting you back on track to live a healthier, happier life and understanding which foods and lifestyle choices may be slowing you down. Many of us rely too heavily on pharmaceuticals and just need to learn some skills to help either reduce or eliminate the need for these. Individual consults include a bio-feedback scan, review of eating and lifestyle habits, education on making improvements and many helpful handouts to reinforce what you learn. Clients have commented on the wealth of knowledge they gain from just one session and leave feeling like they have the motivation and tools to create a healthier life for themselves. I always follow-up with my clients and they know I am available to help them with their goals. Helping you get healthy is very important to me!
